River I adds rivers to the landscape of Carcassonne. The spring tile is placed in the middle as the start tile at the beginning of play.
The twisting river adds an extra layer of variety during gameplay, with this being the first expansion that was ever released for Carcassonne. It can also be combined for play with River II which we also sell.
The mini expansion is brand new, unboxed and contains 12 landscape tiles showing rivers. The printed English rules are included. The newest Carcassonne artwork from 2022 is featured, playable with both the original and new versions of the base game.
