River II (2025 edition) adds a new river to the Carcassonne landscape. The eleven river tiles are placed at the beginning of the game instead of the normal start tile. The twisting river adds extra interest as you try to work around its features!
This version was released in 2025 as individual tiles in each of the 10 new main expansions, which we are offering here as a unique mini expansion. The tiles show features of those expansions, such as towers and circus tents.
The mini expansion can also be combined with previous versions of the river, along with the 10 new main Carcassonne expansions we also sell.
The mini expansion is brand new and contains 11 river tiles in total: 9 normal-sized river tiles and 2 double-sized river tiles. The printed English rules are included. The newest 3.0 artwork is featured, playable with all versions of the base game.
