The Scarecrows and Messengers mini expansions allow you to extend your influence even further!
Scarecrows work in fields - instead of a normal meeple, you can place a scarecrow to give you multiple options and scoring opportunities. Messengers work on roads – instead of a normal meeple, you can place a messenger to help win roads and ride to cities and onwards to other roads.
This was originally released in 2025 as part of the Messengers & Mayors 5th expansion for Carcassonne. We sell the main Mayors part of that expansion separately.
The mini expansions are brand new and contain 6 scarecrow meeples and 6 messenger meeples. The printed English rules are included. The newest 3.0 artwork is featured, playable with all versions of the base game.
